And I just turned around and I call ass out of there. I was done. I wasn't dealing with them. The hypocrisy of the cult is one of the things that turned me away the quickest. When I turned my head lights on, it turned and looked at us. And one of the things I remember the most where the eyes were going red. I see an orb of light. It is just circling these steps. Like it is waiting for me. And he begins to tell them that he saw Ufo. They're basically like, what are you talking about. That's seven foot up on a tree, peeking around it, and that's where I saw the top of the muzzle, nose and the eyes. As soon as I made eye contact with this thing, it don't like death. Welcome back to Tenfoil Tels. I'm your host brainon tonight. We're joined by my guest Mindy. Mindy, thanks for coming here and talking with me. Thank you so much for having me and inviting me to talk to you and tell you what happened. Would you like to let the audience know a little bit about yourself before we get into it. Yes. So, I'm originally from Georgia and a few years ago I moved to Maryland. So I now live in Columbia, Maryland, and that is where this incident happened. I was a skeptic before I saw what I saw, and I never believed in any cryptids whatsoever. That is one of those things that it takes you having to see it in order to believe it. Yeah, and it did take my brain a minute to figure out what I was looking at. It was. It was a stunning moment because I was just thinking, this is not possible. This is not but it was standing in front of me. But this is not possible. I cannot possibly be seeing what I'm seeing. But I was, and I don't you know, I don't do any drugs. I don't drink, so I was completely stone cold sober when I saw what I saw. And I just have no other explanation other than it was a real animal standing in front of me. But we can, you know, wear a little ahead, so we can get into that. If you're ready to dive on into you can go right ahead. I'll turn it over to you and I'll ask one of the questions I got towards the end. Okay, So this started on June twenty second, twenty twenty four, and I was playing video games with my friends. It was really late in the night, it was about one thirty in the morning. And I have two dogs. I have an elderly dog named Raven and I have a younger dog named Diana, and Raven came up to me and let me know she had to go outside. So the game that I was playing was Fortnite, and that's important because the character that I was playing as was like a white wolf character. His name was Volpez. I think he's still in the shop. You can look him up. But it was a white wolf or a white fox looking character, and that was just my favorite character to play us. So I was playing with my friends. I let him know, hey, I got to let the dog out. You know, I'll be back in a few minutes. That took my headset off and muted it. And my boyfriend's half Japanese, so in keeping with like the culture and tradition of his family, we have a shoe rack by the door, and we just take our shoes off at the door and put them on, you know, as we're leaving and exiting, so we don't walk through the house with our shoes on. And I happened to set my phone down on top of the shoe rack, and I put my flip flops on and took my old dog out, and she went outside without an incident. She still has very good hearing. Her vision is not the best, but her hearing is superb. And she did not pick up on anything when we were outside, and I was probably outside with her for a good solid, you know, five minutes. She's a little slow. Nothing happened when I was outside with her. Then my younger dog at the time was two years old, and I took her out as well. And you have to understand the way that my apartment is laid out is that there's a big open space where you can let your dog use the bathroom, and then there's dumpsters immediately across the street. And behind the dumpsters directly across the street is a power substation which is in a field, and that is owned by Baltimore Gas and Electric. So at the time, my apartment complex wasn't doing anything with the field. If it got over it got overgrown, it wasn't their problem. And the field was overgrown. On this day. It was about four to five feet tall with grass, and they were always deer in that field. It didn't matter the time of the year. They were always deer anywhere from you know, one to one hundred, and that's how big the field is. It was slightly bigger than a football field. And we were at the edge of the road. My dog likes to sniff at the very edge of the road, and we were out there and I heard a branch break and I just thought it was a deer approaching, because they do get super close to you in Maryland. You can't really touch them, but they will walk right beside you with no problem. And I turned around and I said, Diana, look at the deer, and then I just stopped. I couldn't even finish what I was saying because when I turned around, directly cross the road curb to curb from me was a seven and a half to eight foot tall white werewolf. That was the only way I could describe it in my mind. And my initial thought was, that is a were wolf. Were Wolves are not real. That is a were wolf, and we're going to die. And my dog is a Labrador Retriever mix. She was about seventy three pounds at the time. She's about seventy six pounds now, and she was just shaking. She was just shaking, like nose to tail, like the leash was shaking. She was shaking and she didn't make a sound. And when I first saw this, you know, I'm calling it a were wolf. I know that's the wrong term now, but at the time, I didn't know what a dog man was because I didn't believe in cryptids, didn't follow cryptids, didn't know what many of the cryptids even were. And sorry, it still gets me emotional to think about it, but uh, I just I stood there for a minute, and when I turned around, it was sniffing the air. So I got a side profile view of it first, and by what I could see because it was partially in the grass, and I could see it had a bushy tail that it was kind of flicking around, but I couldn't see how long it was, but it was super bushy, kind of like when a cat gets scared and they arch their back and they bush up their tail. It looked like that that was just a natural state of the tail. It was solid white. It had light amber colored eyes, It had an extremely long snout, it had very long ears, It had really big eyes. And I was so close to it that I couldn't even get eyeshine because I could see its eyes directly, and I could see the white part of its eyes, and I could see that it had like light ambercolored pupils. And at first it was just sniffing the air, and then it turned and. It looked at me. Then it quickly looked down at my dog, and then right back up at me, just that fast, just look at me, down at the dog, back up at me, and I didn't know what to do. I could see when it turned to face me, I could see one of its arms, and I was just looking at it for a minute, just trying to take in what I was seeing, and it had really muscular arms at the top, and its chest was muscular. But then the lower part of the arm was really skinny and really long, like abnormally long, like the arm was so long that it would have stopped where you would think like its knees were. That's how long the arms were. And the bottom part of the arm from the elbow to the wrist was about the same length as from the shoulder to the elbow. So it just really weird arm length, really weird arm composition. And at the end of the arm it had what I can best describe as like raccoon paws. I could see a. Black pop head and it had long, like three inch curved black claws on each finger for lack of a better word, and I could only see one of its arms fully. The other one was in the grass, partially in the grass, and the arm that I could see it was just absent mindedly moving its fingers like one at a time, just kind of wiggling its fingers back and forth. And I didn't know what to do. I knew that even if I had a weapon on me, nothing that I would have even had would have protected me from this. That's how big it was. I would estimate that it was probably between six and seven hundred pounds. It was massive, and I didn't know what its intentions were, but I was terrified. And I didn't see it walk up on us. I don't know how long it had been there. I don't know if it saw me there with my other dog. I don't know if it, you know, just happened to be there and stood up and we maybe surprise each other. I don't know. It never growled at me, It never showed me its teeth, It never made a noise, but for a minute, we were just staring at each other, and I just thought in my mind, like, what do I do if I'm, you know, around a predator. This is clearly an apex predator. And I've never had any formal like training or anything, but I've seen on TV like if there's like a mountain lion coming at you, you need to turn around. And face it and make yourself bigger. And I apologize to hear my dog crying in the background, but I decided that I was going to stay on my ground. So I moved my dog. From my right hand, which is my dominant hand, into my left hand because I figured that if this thing attacks me, first of all, we wouldn't have made it. If it attacked us, that would it would have been over in one swipe. But if it attacks me, I was going to try to defend myself. I was going to try to defend my dog. I was going to try to defend myself. There would be some evidence if there was any part of me remaining, like if they found my hand, it would have some fur or something, you know, in it. Like I was willing to fight for my life right and I planted my feet and I made my arms like bigger, like I puffed up my chest and I stuck my arms out to the side, and I, you know, I just stood there and I gave it the dirtiest look that I could have given it, and I did something that I know is wrong now, but in the moment, I was just trying to survive. And I looked at it directly in at eyeballs, and we were just looking at each other. And then it turned its head away for a minute, and I started to take a step backwards slowly, and I would take a step back and pull my dog back. And I noticed that when it turned its head to the side, it started doing this weird like twitchy thing with its head. And I don't really know how to describe that the best way, and I'm sorry if this is like not something we can really say, but it kind of looked like a person who's on drugs and they're going through like withdrawal and they kind of shake their head, you know. That's what it was kind of doing when it was looking away. And then I could see its eyes moving around in its head like it was trying to figure out what it was going to do. So I could see it kind of like thinking about what it was going to do next. Did it almost look glitchy, like the movement of a not look natural? Yeah, it didn't when it turned its head to the side like that, but then when it faced me again, it looked normal. So when it faced me, it wasn't doing the like twitchy thing, but when it looked away, it was like twitching its head. And I was just thinking, does this thing have you know, if it's an animal? I was thinking, I was looking at a physical animal, like does this creature maybe have distemper or rabies or something like why is it twitching like that? You know? And I was just trying to get away, so I didn't really have time to give that much thought. And it turned and looked at me again, and I kept backing up slowly, and it was watching me for a minute, and then it did this really weird motion where it shifted its hips to the left and then to the right, and when it did that, it rolled its arms forward and it got about halfway down in the grass, and then it twitched its hips to the left and to the right again, and then it got all the way down in the grass, And at that minute, I was like, oh, no, it's going to pounce on us. This thing is about to attack us, like it's getting into pounce position. Okay, So I just kept my eyes on that spot, and I just kept walking backwards, kept walking backwards, kept walking backwards. And I got to the door and I rushed inside, and I slammed the door and dead bolted it really fast, and I unhooked my dog, and we hang the leashes right by the door, and so I unhooked the dog and I put my back against the door and took a couple of deep breaths because I was shocked that I made it out of that alive. And I looked at my hand and I was shaking. And then I took about two steps to the left of the door, and when I did that, the door handle jiggled like someone was trying to open the door. And I have two dogs in this house, and both of these dogs are very reactive. If someone's walking around outside, if someone's talking loudly on a cell phone, they're going to be barking. These two dogs were sitting directly in front of me, and they were silent, and they were looking at the door and looking at me and looking at the door. That they were not barking, which is not normal, and so I thought that it must have followed me, that it probably had picked up on our sense when it was smelling the air, and then it tracked me back to my apartment, and so I stayed in an awkward position, like I had my leg like half up because I was walking, and I just stayed like that until my dog started acting more normal. And at the time, my boyfriend was working late. He was working at a bar. He's not there now, but he was working at a bar, and I remember thinking like, oh my god, like this creature's outside, my boyfriend's not here, He's gonna come home in the dark, and what if it eats him? And I walked back into the living room. Once I finally was able to move and the dogs were acting more normal. And on Fortnite, when you don't play the game, it zooms in on your character if you're in the lobby, and the TV zoomed in on my white Wolf character that I was playing as, and I just immediately turned off the Xbox. I did not tell my friends goodbye. I just I hit the off button from the controller and then I sat down on the couch and I messaged my boyfriend. That's how I knew what time it was later on, because I went and checked the message time. But I messaged him like, I don't know what me and Diana just saw, but there's a big predator in the field, and when you get here, you need to watch the field when you walk in, and you need to walk quickly, but do not run into the house, because I was terrified that if he ran into the house, that would be seen as like a prey signal, and if it was out there, it would eat him. How close was this thing to you? So I was at the edge of like literally the curb edge of the road, and it was literally at the other curb edge. Of the road, so maybe twenty feet roughly twenty four. Or twenty five feet, maybe maybe ten to twelve feet. Okay, it was danger close to me. It could have taken like one or two steps and swiped at me and killed me. Because of what I'm thinking is like, if it wanted to, like you just said, it could have. So clearly it didn't have that attention. So I wonder if maybe it was out there, because you said there's always deer out there, so maybe it was out there sniffing around for the deer, and you guys just so happened to be out there. That's what I That's what I have been thinking the whole time. And you see, I didn't know what I had seen. And I knew that if I told somebody like I just saw a werewolf, like, no one would believe me, right, and they would. Think I was on drugs. Like. I never told the apartment what I saw, but someone must have told them something, because two days after I saw this creature, they installed floodlights on every single unit, and these floodlights are super ultra bright. They also installed one facing the dumpster, which is it butts up to the field. They built a fence around the dumpster. All this happened in two. Days, and now whenever they have the yard people come out to mow our grass, they mow a few feet into the field, which is something that they had not done before. With the track set also been there. That does attract other creatures too, So there could have been any sort of thing digging around in the trash. With the dumpster and then the deer, there's a lot of different aspects to it that could have brought in some sort of creature. Yes, And I was honestly just shocked, like I had been in Maryland for over a year and I had never seen anything like that. I've seen a fox once run across the field, you know, because it had snowed and the fox stood out like just a regular fox run across the field. I've seen rabbits, I've seen deer. I have never seen a predator like that. I know that this area has bears. This was way bigger than a bear, and I was. Thinking about, well a bear too. You you wouldn't see a white bear and you said have had a very long bushy tail with it looked. Like a wolf in the face. Yeah, I said, it wouldn't have been a bear because bears wouldn't have had the big bushy. Tail either, right, And I don't know how long the tail was. But I got creeped out around the one year mark this ye earlier this year. I didn't talk about it for a year. And around the time that you know, it was around the time I saw it. Because I went back through my messages, I knew I saw it on six twenty two, twenty twenty four. So around June first, I started getting really freaked out. I started checking the window more. I have a window that overlooks the field. My kitchen window overlooks the field, and I began to just constantly check the window at night. I won't take the dogs out by myself, like I have to go with my boyfriend or he will go. And when he goes, I'm terrified that he's going to run into something there. But sometimes they'll just say, you know, you stay here, I'll take them. But I just know now that it's out there somewhere. And I googled because I was curious what was the moon phase on six twenty two, twenty twenty four, and it was a full moon, and that. Creeped me out even more. And I ran across Vic Hundiff with dog Man Encounters. I ran across his website and noticed that other people have been seeing this creature and it was called a dog man, not a were wolf. And it explained why it was called a dog man and not a were wolf because you know where implies that it changes form, and I understood that, though I still struggled with that name because it looked like a stereotypical werewolf, So in my mind, I still want to call it a were wolf, because that's what it looked like, even though I don't think they change. And I talked to Vic about what I saw. But I learned some things after I was on dog Man Encounters. I learned from a redditor that in that field there's a trail and I thought that trail was just for the power company to use to get to like the little there's like a little brick room that controls the power in that field, and so I just I've seen power trucks drive up there and I just thought, Oh, that's just for their access to, you know, to the field and these large power towers. No, apparently, according to the redditor who showed an aerial photo to me, that trail runs directly into Patapsco Valley State Park, and apparently there have been multiple sightings of these type of creatures in Patapsco Valley State Park over the years. Mostly people report seeing a black or brown ones. But I spoke to another researcher, not Dick, a different one, and I don't want to give him any credit because when he ran a story about what I encountered, he changed some details and I didn't appreciate that. And when I brought that to his attention that his information was incorrect, he kept it the same and didn't change it to the correct information. So I don't want to send people to look for this person. But I spoke to another researcher and he told me that he had gotten a report from a law enforcement officer who had also seen a white walking wolf, and that law enforcement office only lives a few miles away from me. I have not gotten the contact information for that person to verify that, but he was adamant. The researcher was adamant that he had spoken to a law enforcement officer who had seen and encountered a white werewolf like creature, and he had also told me that he was tracking a creature he called the Patapsco Howler, because he had received over a dozen different reports of people hearing howling in Potapsco Valley State Park, but people weren't seeing anything, they were just hearing it. Well, another bombshell for me. Was the fact that I was told and I verified, that wolves have been extinct from Maryland since the eighteen hundreds. They are not here, So if you're hearing howling it is, it cannot be a wolf. We do not have. Wolves, they claim we don't have wolves in our area. They claim they don't have wolves in certain spots too, that we don't have bear but there's been times where they've been caught on trail camps anything with like the bigger cats. I don't always think that they know one hundred percent what we have in certain areas. But I also don't know of any sort of wolves that walk bipedally like that. Right, And this was massive. This was way bigger than even like a Great Dane on two legs. This is bigger than that. So we're talking eight feet tall. There is no dog that I am aware of that is eight feet tall when standing on two legs, and they can't stand that long when they do stand on two legs. You'd also mention that it had claws and like raccoon hands, which is not normal for a canine. Right, it did, and it had those three inch curved black claws. So I don't really know where it came from. I've been trying to do some research. I've been talking to different people. Everyone tells me there's no real experts, you know, nobody really knows everything. We just have different theories. And another researcher recently this past week told me that there has been a correlation between seeing these creatures and seeing them around. These power places, these power. I can't think of the word right now, but you know what I'm talking about. And he thinks that they're interdimensional and that they need the power source to come through or to leave, and that kind of makes sense to me, like maybe they are. I don't know. I'm kind of on the fence. When I first saw it, I thought, for sure, this is a real creature. It must live here. It must live in the park somewhere, like it must live around in this wooded area because I am in a city, but the city has a lot of very woody places. It has a lot of parks, it has a lot of woods, even though it is a city, And I just thought, this must be a wild animal that is living here. But the branch break noise, I'm struggling with that because Vic told me that he believes that the branch break noise is the noise that these creatures backs make when they stand up, like their back when they stand up from four legs to two legs. But the other researcher hypothesized that that could be like a sound of like a portal or something, and I didn't see anything. And like I said, my old dog has really good hearing, and she did not alert to anything. And I was out there with her for minutes and she never alerted to anything in that field. What did the dog that you had with you when you've seen it actually do. She was shaking. She started shaking from nose to tail, like just shaking, just terrified. And she is still affected. She was a very outgoing pup, not afraid of anything. And now when you take her outside, if she hears the slightest noise and she's not expecting it, she will no matter how much you tighten her harness, she will back out of her harness. She'll wiggle out of her collar, and she'll run to the door and try to get into the apartment. So she's still scared. She's still cautious. And I also, I get really scared. I go into panic attacks if I'm here by myself late at night and they have to go out. That happened one time this past month. I ended up calling a friend and I was crying and I was like, I can't go out there. I can't go out there, you know, And I told her what I saw and she believed me, and I was like, listen, I can't go out there. These dogs have to go. And I feel so bad. I feel like such a bad dog parent. But I can't go out there knowing that the thing could be out there. I can't go out there by myself. And my boyfriend came home not that long later and we took them together, and I haven't seen it since, but I'm still scared that it will come back. I'm not an expert. I don't think well, as you mentioned, I don't believe there's anything or anyone out there that is an expert when it comes to this type of stuff. But based off my own experience and from what you described to if these things wanted to get us, they easily could have and they chose not to. And then I've talked with other people and they've said the same thing, where they got real close. This thing was sniff in the air, But very rarely do you ever hear about them actually trying to get someone. Now, obviously I'm not saying they don't do that because we don't know, but and I wouldn't say go up there and try and shake its hand and be friendly with it or give it us a scratch on the neck either, I'd be very cautious too, But at the same time, it's like, you don't hear about them actually trying to get people that often. So I'm halfway attempted to say I wouldn't not worry about it, but I wouldn't be completely terrified to go outside, just because I feel like, if it really wanted to, it could have already had you at one point or another. And that's also something that Vic was really good about calming me down, because I was a wreck when I talked to him that he was super good about calming me down and telling me that I'm not crazy and like talking me through what I saw. And you know, he said, did you think about that door because you said it was super muscular, right, And then it hit me like, oh, it could have just torn the door off the hinges, and he was like, yeah, if it wanted to, it would It didn't want to hurt you. That's where I come back to with some of these things, because I've heard stories from other people on other shows that these things will look through the window and it'll like tap on their glass or whatever. Well, if it wanted to get you, it could just come right through the window, like if it's tapp if it's tapping on your glass, it knows you're in there. It's just toying with you. I just don't know why. I don't know why it chose to show itself to me. I don't know if maybe it thought my dog was a deer because she's like lighter colored and she was bigger, so maybe it thought, oh, it's a deer, and then oh, there's a human with that one. But I feel like it would have smelled me, It would have known there was a human there, because if they're canine, like dogs have really good sense of smell, you know, so if these things really don't. Know if these things are actually inter dimensional or not from our normal plane of existence, like they're not always in our realm, maybe our world. Every once in a while they bleed in our world or we bleed into their world. So sometimes and I don't know what the exact term would be, but maybe sometimes they're actually here or they're always here and we just don't see them. Does that make any sort of sense, Like it's not something. That like they could be invisible. Is that what you're saying, Well, look at it people. I don't want to call them spiritual or ghost or anything, but like, sometimes we can't see outside of our three D world, So if they're from a different plane of existence, but they're still here, we just can't always see them until they come into our own view, if that makes any sort of sense, basically, like they'd have to come into our three D world to see them. Yeah, that does make sense. So are you more on the side personally for yourself? Do you think they're interdimensional or do you think that they're physically present all the time and they're just really good at like not being seen. As much as I try and come to terms with things, I'm very skeptical and I've seen one and I've tried to write it off my whole life since i've seen it, like almost twenty years ago at this point. But I don't know, Like what I saw look like a normal animal, but there's no I know that those things aren't real, you know what I mean. So that's where I was at too. I was like, there's no way this is a were wolf in front of me, But this is a were wolf in front of me. And that's how I was about it too, because at first I thought it was just a hurt dog, and then it stood up, and then clearly it's not a hurt dog. And then I'm six foot three and we were eye to eye, so again, there's no dog that tall. Right, Did yours look like mine? Like the way that I described the one that I saw, because I know there's apparently different variants. Did the one that you saw? Did it look like what I described to you? Yes? And no? There there were similar Like it looked like a large black wolf, but it didn't have the raccoon hands or fingers. It had normal dog palls, everything a battle like a normal dog or a normal wolf. But it stood up like a human. So and then and then it crouched back down and walked off on its hind legs. But it was in a crouching position as it walked off. When it did it do the hip thing when it got onto like all fours or was crouching like? Did it move its hips to the left and right like that? It actually hunkered down in like a weird wadily. Someone asked me if a walk like a crab. I was like, I mean, I guess you could call it like that. The way legs were bent up. It looked very unnatural the way it walked off, so oh okay. Yeah, and another you know another. That researcher that I don't want to give credit to because of what they did. And they also doxed my apartment on YouTube, so I'm very upset about that. They had a helper, and that helper told me that I could have been you know, dogs pick up on like your energy in your mood, and you know, like dogs can smell cancer and things like that, So with me being protective of my younger dog, it could have picked that up as like mama bear energy and like I don't want to you know, mother animals will fight to the death to protect their babies, So maybe I really don't want to mess with this one. And that's why it may have chosen not to attack us, because I went into a defensive posture. The part that I keep coming back to and thinking about is you mentioned it was a full moon and it was Yeah, that is very strange with werewolf lord, just because that's what they always come out in the full moon. But I also don't believe that a human turns into a werewolf. But yeah, I don't believe that. But VIC told me that it was just a coincidence that it was a full moon, and because that's something I asked him, I said, well, I saw it on a full moon. Do they come out only on the full moon? And he said no, most of them are actually seen in the daytime from what he's gathered, and that they come out all, you know, anytime, any moon phase. So but it did creep me out a great deal because that's the first thing I looked up. I'm like, let me just see what the moon phase was, and it said full moon and I was like, no way. Oh no, it was a werewolf. Oh God. Because I tried to tell myself at first that I didn't see what I saw. Yeah, I tried to justify, like, there's no way that cannot be. This cannot be. And I didn't tell anybody for a full year until I just got so creeped out about it coming back because it was the anniversary coming up that I started doing more research and started digging in more and started trying to figure out what it actually was that I saw. This is one of those things to where for me, I want to see one again because I want proof. I want to verify that I did see what I saw, and that's why I kind of do this podcast. And I knew what I do because I've been searching for answers for all these years. And the problem is I don't think I'm ever going to find those answers. And that's the one pill that is hard for me to swallow, is no matter what I do, it's not like I can just make one of these things manifest itself in front of. Me, right And I don't want to. I don't want to see one again, I told I told Vic absolutely not. It was terrifying because you just know, like you instinctively know in that reptilian part of your brain, like this is a predator. You are danger close to a predator. And I likened it to like accidentally walking up and startling a grizzly bear. Yeah, And I don't ever want to be in that position ever again. No, I understand. I'm just on that different spectrum, I guess to work. I wasn't affected in the sense where other people were, Like, I wasn't afraid of what was going on. I was more confused because at the time I was just like, what is going on? You know, like this doesn't make any sort of sense of Wiles's dog doing this, and it was just all these years later, just thinking about it, and I've never come to terms with it because it doesn't make any sort of sense even now, like looking back, it never makes any sort of sense. And I think about this every day, is like it haunts me in a weird way. And I said it never affected me. I hold that to big, big asks how it affected me, And I said it didn't affect me. But here I am doing a podcast, so clearly it had some sort of effect on me. I mean, I have nightmares about this thing about you know, I already have sleep issues anyway, I already have insomnia. And sometimes I'm just so racked with fear that I don't want to be the last one to go to bed, Like I will tell my boyfriend, like please, you have to turn out the light in the living room, Like I don't want to be the last one out in the living room, you know, Like I I will constantly if I am awake, if I have stayed up past the time that he stayed up, Like I'm constantly checking that window. I'm constantly creeping over because I know that it could probably hear right, So I sneak over to my own kitchen window and very slowly open the blinds to peek out, and then I close them very fast and just walk away. And I do that sometimes multiple times a night, just out of fear that is this thing back here? Is it out there? Is it out there? Is it out there? You know? Like and I can't make myself stop checking for it. Have you considered putting up like a ring doorbell or anything like that. I have considered doing that. I haven't done it yet. I have considered. I have an office that also faces the field and with a big window, and I have considered, you know, putting up a camera like facing the field from that angle to see what might be out there. I just haven't purchased anything yet. And I know you said you hadn't really mentioned it to anyone else, especially people you live around. But do you think you'd ever consider Is there anyone that you live around that you would actually consider mentioning something that wouldn't think you're like crazi or on drugs, because that is the stereotype that comes with us. When you bring it up to the average person, they think, of all, there's something wrong with that person. Right, And That's why I haven't really brought it up. It also could affect my line of work. So with my line of work, I sometimes have to testify in court, and being a person that has to truthfully testify in court, if someone found out like, hey, you saw a werewolf, let's talk about that, like how were you a credible witness? You know, it would ruined my whole career. And I've worked really, really hard to get to where I am. No, I understand, it's it's one of those taboos that still got the stigma to it, to where it's not normal to talk about the weird things we see. And I was hoping to eventually have some sort of influence to not be that way with people. But I'm just one person. It's going to take a lot more than me to break the stigma. Well, I do have this hope that I know somebody saw something. Somebody made the apartment make some changes pretty quickly within two days, so somebody had your report. And I don't know if they report it as like hey there's a bear right out here, you know, where there's prowlers or you know, like I've seen, you know, a big animal like walking around outside and people could be in danger, like you need to put up some lights or something, because the lights were very dim that we had before. That's I would like to talk to them person who they are. That might be your lead into talking to somebody is instead of saying you saw a werewolf or whatever, you could ask if they saw any sort of large animal out there, because sometime last summer you saw something out by the field and you weren't sure if it was a large dog or a bear or something that was out there and it kind of startles you. I wouldn't bring up anything about it looking like a were wolf or anything like that, but just say you saw a large animals see if anyone says anything. Yeah, I you know, I don't have much interaction with my neighbors, but I might put something in people's mailboxes to see, like, hey, if you have seen a large animal in the field, please contact me. I would like to talk to you about what you may have seen. Right, And I wonder if someone may have seen it out there just from their angle because I'm on the first floor, so there's three stories to apartment. Someone could have looked out from the second or third story and seen this. After I went back inside. They could have seen my interaction with it, or they could have just seen it roaming around. But whatever the case, I do think definitely somebody saw something, and maybe they're just as terrified to speak up as I was. Well, that's the thing that even I didn't talk about it, just because I would have thought someone talking to me about this years ago would have been crazy. Then clearly there's something wrong with that person. These things aren't real, and yet I saw something, so I had to question my own sanity because those things don't exist, right. And the funny thing is is that I have always believed in ghosts, because you know, I've had some experiences as a child. That's another story, but I've always believed in ghost but I've never believed in cryptids. Boyfriend doesn't believe in ghosts, but believes in cryptids. And we had this debate before I even saw this thing, where I was like, how can you believe in these creatures? Like there's no way they're just misidentifying another animal, Like there's no way that this ever existed, And then boom, I'm face to face with a were wolf slash dog man and I can no longer deny it. And the clause you mentioned that yours had dog paws, but the claws really stood out to me and solidified to me this is a were wolf. Had I seen one that looked like it had dog paws, I might have had a similar reaction to you, like what is this Scooby Doob doing? You know, like, what is this get down dog? Like what are you doing? But it had the really skinny, long fingered hands, so uh, and the clause and I just that stayed with me because I was like, this thing's gonna kill me. Yeah, it's I don't know biology in the sense of like how we evolved and how canines evolved and primates. But from what I do know of evolution, there's no evolutionary line where any sort of canine had what would be considered hands and the ability to walk upright like a person. So somewhere along the lines, there's something screwy going on with that. That's why I tend to believe that they're not a natural, lesson blood creature from here, just because there's been no bodies, there's been no proof, like we've never run across any sort of one ran over on the road that I'm aware of. Same thing like bigfoots and other cryptids. That's why I think there's more of a super natural element to them, not so much saying that their ghost, but I leaned towards maybe they're not from our normal three D world. I don't want to say interdimensional because I gets tossed around a lot. But whatever there is on a spiritual side, like a ghost side or anything like that, we don't understand. I put them over in that category. And that would make sense to me that explanation of where they come from. I just didn't know. I struggle with the why, Like, clearly it. Could have attacked me, it didn't want to. It never showed me its teeth. It never growled. I don't know what its teeth looked like at all. Never showed me its teeth, never growled at me. We were just looking at each other, and then it looked like it was going to pounce on me. That was my perspective. You know. I struggle with why why did you even show yourself to me? Creature, like why why did you even make yourself known? And another thing, and I don't know if this has any thing to do with it. I do have Native American in my bloodline, and not a little bit, like my grandmother was full Native. So some people have told me like, oh, it must deal with that, and I don't know if it does or if it doesn't, because I haven't. Unfortunately, I don't have any communication with anyone in my family. They're all deceased who was full Native, Like I can't talk to any of them about it because they're not here, and I don't have any like tribal affiliation. I'm not on a never been on a reservation, so I just don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. You mentioned the white Wolf, and I've heard this several times, and there are like a symbolization between the white wolf with Native American. Now, someone told me here in my area there was the legend of the white wolf along the Walbash River and it had a Native American background too. It was like supposed to be the spirit of one of the old war chiefs from years ago. And I don't know how true any of that is, Like I don't I didn't go and investigate that just to prove it or disprove it. I'm just going by what was told to me. But there are other similarities between us, because I've heard other people talk about seeing one that was white, and they also happen to have some sort of Native American background, so there could be a tie to that. I have no idea. I don't have Native American too. I'm aware of I think I actually might, but it's very very small if there is, so, okay, but I didn't. See I'm curious. Oh, sorry, not to cut you off. I'm just curious about that because I don't have I don't know any natives who are full Native for me to ask, or who are familiar with the folklore or anything to ask. Unfortunately, all of that has been lost to me, and I just don't know anything. I'm trying to learn as much as I can, but I just don't know anything about what the symbolism could be or you know, if it chose to show itself. To me, why maybe there was a reason. And I just don't have the knowledge to put two and two together. Well, a quick Internet search here, and again it's the Internet, so take Google for whatever you want. But it says a white wolf is a Native American symbolizes love and peace, and it does battle with the black wolf, which is anger and evil, and a white wolf is often seen as having significant spiritual power, a role as a messenger or guide, offering wisdom and healing to those in need. So that is what they claim. My white wolf is. Well, that sounds very lovely, except it's scared the crap out of me, right, and if it was offering healing and peace, I don't quite know if it would leave me with PTSD Right now, I. Get that I'm just going by whatever the Internet tells me. So right, No, but that is a lovely thought. It is like if I try to frame it like that, then maybe I can get over my fear. If I try to say, well, maybe it was a peaceful entity, because it didn't. It didn't show aggression other than when I thought it was going to pounce on me, And I wasn't sure if that was a sign of aggression or if it was just getting down on all fours to get down on all fours, you know, But I immediately thought it's going. To pounce when it did that, which it didn't. So it didn't. But it did try my doorknob, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't a person, because my dogs would have reacted differently if a human had tried the door. Knob, which again is also weird to me that it would come up to the door. And again, if you have windows, why wouldn't it if it really wanted to get to why would it use a door handle. If it's just a normal animal, it wouldn't even know how to use a door handle. Well, and so here's the thing. Our windows here we have blinds, but they're not the flimsy blinds. They are wooden. So with the blinds being shut, you can't see it at all. So if it couldn't look in the windows because we keep the blind shut, it couldn't see it at all. And again it has the you know, raccoons can open doors. Raccoons can open bags like it had the raccoon type pauws for you know, or claw. I don't know how to describe the hands. It was raccoon like. So maybe it learned how to try to open doors. A dog can learn to open a door. My German shepherd opens our back garage door to get out to the front yard. It's one of those pull down handles and she just puts her pall up on and pulls it down and runs through them. And if these things are super super sapient, not only sentient, but sapient. If they have a human like brain, then it would know that that's how we open doors. It would have observed like this is how humans open doors or one of the ways. Then that's why I go back to I just don't think they're a natural flesh and blood adaptation, just because there's no evolutionary line for that, and there's been no bodies or anything. And I've had people that are one hundred percent flesh and blood with big Foot, and they have flesh and blood with a dog man. But I just don't see that. There's too many strange elements to them to make any sort of sense to be a flesh and blood creature. And you know, I told Vic I thought it was flesh and blood. But the more I've learned, the more now I think maybe it's not all flesh and blood. I'm just on the fence now. And the head twitchy thing, it puzzles me. Did the one that you saw did it do a head twitch thing? It didn't really twitch. I can talk to you here off air about it because there's a whole lot to the story. So okay, but we can probably wrap this one up and then I can talk to you here in a second. Okay, No, that sounds good. I just wanted to share what I saw and if there's anyone who is in my area I am in Columbia, Maryland. If you have seen one. I would also like to talk with you so we can compare what we've seen. Maybe you've seen the same one, maybe you've seen a different one. At this point, it doesn't matter. I feel like we need a support group for people who have seen these things. It's terrifying. How do you would you like for them to contact you if they have seen it? They can, you know, if you have my email address, so you can give them my email address, or they can text me if you would text me first, like hey, I have someone who'd like to speak with you, Okay, and give me their info, then you know I can reach out or you know, as long as you let me know first, then I will be more than happy to talk to anyone who may have also seen one or seen the same one. Okay. So I guess for anyone listening, if you live in the area, or if you've seen something around that area, you can reach out to me and then I will get in contact with mindy, Yes. And I will be more than happy to talk with anyone. I know. I've heard some dog man encounters. I haven't listened to all of them, but I started listening, and I know that someone mentioned running into some off of Ralph's Parkway, and Ralph's Parkway is literally up the street from me, so that is very close. And I don't remember that man's name, but that is super close. And again, I know that there was a police officer. I don't have any information on that person. It was a retired police officer allegedly who also saw the white one. I'm very interested in finding that person. But with their line of work, I understand not wanting anyone to know who you are. And that's kind of where I am. I'm not a police officer, but in my line of work, I also have to testify in court pretty regularly, and I can't have my credibility questions either. I completely understand. But we can go ahead and wrap this up. So I want to say thank you for coming on here and sharing that with us tonight. It's been a pleasure talking with you. Thank you so much. It's been a pleasure talking with you, and you know I thank you and I thank your audience for listening. You have a good night you too.
